Why is Farma To Go changing its name to Nouxis?
Nouxis represents an evolution of our identity and of how we communicate our vision of wellbeing. The brand favours considered choices, well-founded information and long-term consistency.
Is Nouxis the same company?
Yes. Nouxis is the former Farma To Go and, like it, belongs to Pink and Green, Lda.
What happens to orders already placed?
Orders placed on the old website and on the current one are handled in the same way and shipped through our partners within the established timeframes. We continue to provide full assistance through our customer support, by phone, WhatsApp or email. All previous contact details remain valid.
We also continue to take full responsibility for the products we sell and to honour their warranty.
Can I keep using my account?
Yes. Your account remains valid and, when you log in to the website, you automatically start earning Nouxis+ cashback.
Are my points, vouchers or discounts still valid?
Farma Club points can be used until 31 December 2026. Discount codes remain valid until their respective expiry date.
Have the products or suppliers changed?
We have kept most of our previous products and suppliers and are constantly adding new brands and products, following strict criteria and always through legally authorised distributors.
All the products we sell are 100% genuine.
